Yes the toll free number is off now,so fire a consumer complaint against them,they will not refund the amount know.

now they had removed their address from there site..its sure now that they are fraud.

i have order 5th may, they not replied by mail, phone or chat.
they cheated us and keep doing, no idea what to do?

Refund has not been received even after 20 days,shopaaz is fraud and closed all its helpine mode,but still website is on ,people are still making payment without knowing the actual fact,its a big scam of crores of rupees.Someone has to stop it quickly.

I ordered redmi note 4 on 11th and they cancelled it on 13th… & received the message that same has been cancelled due to shipment seller data not provided then i called them on 16th regarding refund they conveyed it would be done by today evening even though it is not yet 7 days yet. They are fake and the toll-free is not working. Do anyone now how to contact those people / how to get our payment back from them ?:

SHOPAAZ.COM is a fraudulent site. They have fooled thousands, cheated worth over Crore, including me.

Its fraud, cheated thousands including me. Please escalate the case. and siphoned off – crores

Hey guys one of my friend is also cheated by them, he had made payment through PAYTM! Please contact to consumer court toll free 1800114000

If anyone has made payment through paytm, ask paytm to whom thehy credited the payment there mobile number and all other details must be with PAYTM, and that way you might be able to track them!

Keep on updating if anyone tracked those fraudsters or get refund!

Hi all my freinds i got a mobile number of owner of shopaaz they call me and said if you pay cancellation charges for amount 12499 you will get your money back in 2 days i paid them 794 rupees by paytm but at the moment they didn’t give me refund and not picking up the phone they blocked me the number is 8077421988 somebody make a police complaint and everyone call and msg to this number quickly make them arrest

shopaaz.com is froud company.. first they sale product give you at low price and they will force you for payment by online, when dispatched time they will cancel your pruduct and after they will say your amount will be refund in 7days but they will manupulating you, they will not refund your amount,, i informed to all customer please dont purchese any product from shopaaz.com….:evil:

friend we have to take action against to shopaaz.com. when i scread i was infomered to consumer help line and they ragistered my complaint and they informerd me write a application to this company {shopaaz.com} address {level9, victoria park, GN 37/2, west bangal, kolkata- 700091 = 180030029549}.. now i will reporting to consumer court against this company.. and i am sure consumer court justise for me..
so please friend you have to take action against this froud company and keep back your amount…
