Is there any way we can check our cibil score history on monthly basis. Like, if my cibil score generated for the first time 3 years back, then can i see the cibil score of previous 36 months for free?

I think you have to manually keep record of and track your historic monthly credit score. No free service I can think of provides such service. While some platforms do show past few months score in graphical format in their UI (such as OneScore)
Some apps and websites such as OneScore and Paisabazaar offer Credit reports in PDF formats and they send them to registered email ID too. I have in my email account, all the monthly credit report copies from the time I signed up with OneScore and Paisabazaar.
