Any solution for underground water tank cleaner

We regularly get metro water. Issue is metro water comes with lot of dust initially so tank get muddy soon.
Also tank is big and each time entering and cleaning is not possible
Any solution for cleaning..
Also how to stop mud by any means of filter etc.. But pipe is so low can't add filter each time
