I recently bought the Galaxy S24 for 50K with offers.

It all happened a bit too fast (my previous phone wasn't working well and I had to choose a new one immediately). I have had my eyes on the S24 for a long time, thanks to it being a compact phone.

Now, am a bit worried about its battery life. The phone heats, I have noticed this since I bought the phone yesterday. However, I'm not sure if the battery is good or not. So, can you please tell me about your experience with this phone? It might help, though there's probably not much I can do after I have bought it.

All phones will heat up for first few days. Give it 2-3 days it will be normal.

Min. 3 to 4 charging cycle needed.

After dropped to 30% charge to full 100%.

Do this 3 to 4 times.

If still issue persists, contact Service Centre.

Thank me now.

I read somewhere that we shouldn't charge our new phones over 80% (to keep battery health better)
Even the phone itself mentions this in the battery settings

s22 was the culprit due to heating issues but nothing with s24 but yeah can't expect much stamina due to less capacity battery

My main concern here is the Exynos 2400 processor
When I was buying the phone, I totally forgot that the SD 8 Gen 3 variant was not launched in India. I made such a foolish mistake that it's laughable.

Trust me, I was getting the S23 for 40K, it was a great deal. But I made a wrong choice. The phone is working great now, but I'm not sure if it would do good in the long run.
