First if all sad that the guy landed in this situation, second divorce cannot be given in first year if marriage due to restitution of conjugal rights RCR, so he has has to wait atleast 1 year to get the mutual consent divorce or divorce with some or complete alimony. Now after reading the situation it’s looks like a honey trap where woman is trying to use him to get alimony which will gonna happen if it will not be a mutual consent divorce.
If the woman is smart enough she also gonna file cas against him in IPC 498A, which is the biggest evil of current scenario where there are chances that he gonna land up in jail. Also if the woman has written any other family members name in the police complaint as he already mention in the description then police also can release search Warren against those family member of the boy and there are more likely chance that the innocent family member of him will also gonna land up behind the bar irrespective of anything due to our legal system

bro.. i think because of herpes problem only she s avoiding you and like to apply divorce.. if she directly applied divorce means court will ask the reason so she s trying to making a script for you as a criminal and sure she will apply divorce because she s not willing to expose her disease.. 
My advice first start your research on similar issue by referring “wakil search” and “lawyers club india” you will easily find these community on Google. After knowing about all the ins and outs you must hire a lawyer who can help you in this case.
Bro I don’t know what are the chance of you being safe in this matter but try your best to keep our clean. Make sure your parents or any family member should not become a victim of this since DVA and Ipc 498a has a lot of loopholes which may cause a lot of trouble for you.
In the end since k really didn’t wanted to say this but if you are really sure that your wife is cheating then all the evidence against her which will save you and your family because court runs and asks for strong and concrete evidence. Have all facts and figures very clear otherwise trust me your are in deep shit situation.

I would also like to say since we are human and we usually start believing on one side of the story I don’t know whats is the situation at girls side may be she would also be thinking the same and have not shared with you so I would also advice you to before going for any legal remedies or any legal action first sit and talk to her.
Try all your best to get it sorted mutual at your level first. I know she has filed a police case but that can easily be called off once you guys sort out the issue at your level.
We are human thrives of love and care, show her the respect she deserves and try making the situation better trust me there is no better way than this and try find where you are wrong and correct it before it’s too late.

I would advice you to continue your relation. Talk with her about what plaguing your conjugal life. Tell her to take back her police complaint. Make her believe that you really feel for her and you want the relation to work. Any sane woman would not want her husband to suffer unless you are too harsh on her.
he should also remove the prescription image since it’s a violation of fiducery relationship.
you put a case on her about not disclosing abt incurable disease, .. there was some small dispute among both of us since marriage – hiding something here ?
Well since she already filed case twice then i dont think anyone here can help you. Contact a lawyer as soon as possible. Trust me mate you are in deep shit if you dont do something now.

You can also file domestic violence case against her. you should file as soon as possible. keep that prescription safe for future use. try to investigate her medical history through prescription , the dr. who prescribed. you want to say that since marriage no sex between you and wife. this is a big issue. sex and reproduction is basis of marriage… if you want i can send you SC law on this.
she is saying everyone that, i didn’t make relations with her. my husband torched me mentally via not accepting her physically etc. etc.
1. If she files a case of dowry it’s non-bailable offence. You will be put behind bars immediately.
2. If there’s criminal case against you already I am surprised how come you haven’t met a lawyer yet.
3. At smart, use your brain don’t get emotional. You need some strength to fight since the relationship is already FUBAR.
4. Gather all evidences you can. And use your lawyer to send her message subtly that if she doesn’t withdraw the cases you will get local media(newspaper) involved and it destroy her life. The herpes angle is your leverage.
5. Get bold and don’t show weakness. File counter cases if you have to.
6. And get a good lawyer’s advice not post in forums.

i went to an advocate… he is saying that untill FIR is lodged, they are having no role in this case. They make arrange bail for me, if i got arrest…. after that they will start proceedings… is this OK …………or i should take more preventive measures

@Harish.Khattar brother first of all you should not have disclosed her secrets to your mother. There is something called privacy which should be only between her and you. Anyways, now tell her that you are sorry for what you did. Try to gain her trust back. Thats the only way out. I know its hard. But try once. God will give you the power to overcome this difficult situation.

HERPES is very bad/incurable disease i am feeling after google search
I don’t think op is innocent here.usually women won’t took such harsh decisions without any strong reason.seems op’s family tortured her so much in several ways either it’s intentional or in some kind of depression may be.i don’t think herpes is a very bad decease to avoid her.so i am suggesting you to start love her,first avoid all family members sayings and meet her personally ,try to spend a quality time with her ,don’t feel shame to say sorry to her.
