anyway to escalate complaint ?
Jiomart sent defective electronics. Raised complaint. Got again same defective replacement item with same issue. Now they are saying return period over. It's their fault , who sends faulty replacement with delayed delivery. Now saying that No refund or replacement now. Anyway to solve this?
Advise plz experts.

Ye unka Roj ka Kam hain. Jabtak Asli mota Bhai the tab tak jiomart acha tha , jabse post chora ha, jio Mart nhi Maro Mart ban gaya hain.

In electronic, they always cheat . File consumer case , but it will be a very lengthy process

I have all the call recording & emails. That should be enough to file a case. Jiomart cs is useless & Local Distributor is fraud.
It's a battery light. Not that pricey. So tried to settle with jiomart support. But they don't bother. At first Didn't want to go through hurdles of filing case.

Aren't they passing the call to their senior persons? You can also try by visiting the nearest Jio store for support if feasible.
