Any effective non-toxic remedy or spray for bed bugs

Friends, in this monsoon season I and everyone in my family (including my kid) have started getting lots of body itching and bumps like mosquito bites but I don't have mosquitos at home.. I have noticed very small dot type insets crawling on the wall as well as furniture which when just touched get crushed and die.. I am not sure if these are the insects biting us.. I do not notice any big but on the beds or mattresses. My entire furniture is made of MDF (as its a rental apt so I took cheapest furniture) and the mattresses are from wakefit. I showed to a dermatologist and he said these are scabies and I and my family have been taking the suggested treatment but still the bites and itching continues. I am thinking that I will apply some spray to kill bed bugs if there are any and will also apply this spray on all the walls of the house. But given I have a small child I want to make sure I apply spray or other remedy which is not toxic for the kid but is effective in killing the insects that are biting us.

Please can you suggest me some good (and if possible, tried and tested) method to get rid of these bugs/insects.

TIA as always

Even this happened with me, and, I do the same and dermat told me to do use this cream and tablet and wash my clothes daily as these are minor insects and forms of itchy insects which can even make ur skin so itchy than start bleeding.

Maybe these are monsoon insects and will vanish after monsoon. Till than  daily cleaning and  mopping  of floors  walls furniture can be done . If possible get some sunshine for the mattress .

Bedsheets , pillow covers etc warm water washing regularly can be done . Kid in house so  you  have to make extra effort on cleaning as any pest control strong chemical are used , home reamedy  era  is gone  as the insects are getting tolerant even to toxic chemicals due to  misuse everywhere

Tried and tested methods:

1) Leave the mattress under the hot sun for 4 hours (bed bugs die at temp > 50°C)

2) Wrap the entire mattress using a plastic film roll for a month (bed bud die of starvation in 30 days)

thanks bro.. but these are not feasible for me as I don't have any terrace and mattresses are too heavy to put in small balcony.. and also there is no sun these days due to peak monsoon.. and wrapping for month will also not work as from where I will find such large plastic wraps and where will we all sleep

Its almost impossible to get rid of bed bugs because a bed bug can survive for 2-3 yrs without food.

Just to get rid of bed bugs, we shifted to different house, threw all mattresses, sprayed the furnitures daily for 15 days before moving the furnitures.
