Bank of Baroda's mobile banking app BoB World is still under RBI's ban for onboarding new users else it's the very best.

Open BoB Lite Savings A/C ... maintain required QAB and you get RuPay Platinum DC at NIL charges ... if onboarding was allowed on BoB World app, you would've got FREE virtual RuPay Platinum DC too
