any 3rd party app for smartphone to block connected user on hotspot?
Note- no inbuilt option to check or block in my phone

What do u mean by block connected user? You can always change the hotspot password if you don’t want to share the internet with that person.

If you are using then there is an option to disable a particular network using their app
