My friends llyod 1.5 ton Ac which is about 4 year old is showing p4 error. llyod service guy visited and mentioned ac outdoor motor is issue and it cost's 4k and warranty doesn't cover it ?
any idea , would it cost that much ?
should he go ahead or try any local electricians ?

If its outdoor pcb, it could have 5 years warrenty. Check it out first

it's not pcb , it's outdoor fan motor that has issue.

It cost 1200-1400 in market + labour charge extra. Lekin khud se saman lao toh yeh log fitting nahi karte. Bolte hai yeh log saman khud late hai aur price bhi bahut zada lete hai. Almost all AC technician are chor
