Think of it this way - heart attack or panic attack, what would you rather choose? Be happy that it is not a heart attack.

Just keep calm n breathe slowly with holds. Have some water. Most importantly don't act too much, don't give in to the restlessness. If u feel, can discuss with me over dm. ❤️

There are many ways to work on the anxiety and panic. First thing you need to do is take a step back and relax. Practice some meditation and talk to (in person) with someone you can trust and will listen to you. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. If the anxiety is due to work or studies or something similar, understand that ups and downs will come. You need to face them and don't be shy to ask and take help. Once you identify whats causing these, work on those. It maybe a slow process, but look for gradual improvements. You got only 1 life. No re-spawns, but it does not need to be perfect. Mistakes, achievements, everything is part of life. Take a break and do things that you like, travel, music, reading anything. Take professional help if things dont improve or keep occurring. And try to stay away from social media as much as possible.

Jokes apart, here are some things you can practice to control your anxiety/panic feelings:

  1. Try to pinpoint what exactly feels strange. Is it physical, emotional, or mental? Sometimes, simply identifying what you're feeling can help.
  2. Take deep breaths.
  3. Think about any recent events or changes in your life that could be contributing to this feeling.
  4. Reach out to a friend or family member to share what you're experiencing. Sometimes talking it out can provide clarity and support.
  5. Try reading, listening to music, taking a walk, or practicing meditation or yoga.
  6. Write down your thoughts and feelings. This can help process what you're experiencing and provide clarity.
  7. Last but not the least, consider speaking with a mental health professional.
