The prime accused in the Talkcharge wallet scam, Ankush Katiyar, has been nabbed by Delhi police
and probably he is still thinking about how to send fake RBI notice to customers
to get his lost money because of his calculation mistakes on running business
I searched some old posts on DD and found that some guys lost 80K to 1Lacs via talkcharge.

Customers looted/scammed the App owner when he wanted to scam the customers.

Talkcharge App started giving some cashback on minimum of deposit 4999
it was started in 2021 it was running well till 2023 end
once they gain trust of users they started their game like now invest 50k and get 1crore and people who are already interested of they want to use their cashback they started charging 20% convience charges and later introduced pass
in December RBI asked them details of their business
in April RBI found they are illegal RBI asked them to close wallet business and refund money
in April end as Talkcharge can not do business also they need to refund money users they come up new plan they alter terms and conditions and send legal notice to users saying you have used your cashback for commercial purposes
From 5 months many people lost money also they facing trauma as Talkcharge continuous sending legal notice to users every few days
No one helped us finally delhi police and with News18 it came to mainstream
Tide is giving only 3.5 % cashback which is genuine business as market rate
