If they promise this in BMC elections (Mumbai municipal body), they would sweep it and dethrone Shiv Sena.
P.S. Mumbai consumes a lot of liquor and also pays the highest taxes for it compared to all Metros. But it’s unlikely since corruption is rampant and excise revenue contributes a huge chunk.
