Anyone knows the highest escalation email of Delhivery Courier

My package is marked as - "refused after checking in the open box delivery"
But no one came to my home with pkg and no calls rcvd from delhivery courier.
It's my own package which i sent from Bangalore to my hometown. Delhivery is not helping and some food items are there, I'm worried that they must have opened and after seeing food they kept it with themselves.
How to contact delhivery to get help ASAP?
People at the Office are not helping.

If this happened on a Sunday, Delhivery idiots are known to give FAKE reasons in their app to not deliver on Sunday and take a day off. Next day they deliver.

Still there is no way to escalate things quickly with the Delhivery. If shipped thru some 3rd party like Shiprocket,Pickrr then needed to force them to take action on Delhivery. Else there is no way.

No hope for delhivery for me, they are just hopeless. Never expect any help from them.
