Today, I came to know that Amul sells A2 buffalo milk as well. For drinking purpose, which is better Amul Gold Full Cream Milk or this A2 Buffalo milk?
Amul Gold 500ml is priced at ₹34 , while A2 buffalo at ₹37.
Also, since both are pasteurised, so before drinking, boiling needed or not?

@sushrutji29544 bhai, always better to boil the milk before consuming in case of those having shelf life of 1 day, no boiling needed in case of highly processed tetra pack ones with shelf of 90 days or more
healthline.com is mostly very objective in their articles. If you really are concerned please have a read through: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/a1-vs-a...lk .
Buffalo, Goat, Sheep,Camel milk is A2 only.
I prefer A2 cow milk(based on above info and A2 from buffalo one has higher fat and I have sedentary lifestyle). Another case I make for A2 milk is we might have slightly better tolerance/digestion for cows our ancestors would have drank from - A2. Best is to directly source locally if possible. If you have kids or very old people drinking I think A2 will be better. For fat content can look at label and decide based on requirement.
Definitely A2 Buffalo is a better choice among them.
Earlier, they used to sell the same by the name of Amul Diamond Milk with 7% Fat, but people not liked it much because it used to be full of Fat (Malai) 😀 (I used to enjoy it a lot)
Then, they discontinued the Diamond and started A2 Buffalo with 6.5% Fat.
If someone has no heart/fat issues, definitely go for it. They have A2 Cow Milk as well.
There is no need to boil the pasteurised milk, you can directly consume it.
Thanks bhai, I am going to give it a try
For real health benefits drink raw milk, non pasteurized
always rememeber that u live in india thes best country with the most honest people truthful , now act accordingly
If Milk can be avoided, Avoid.
It has high cholesterol and fat, not good in long run.
Doesn't mean we stop milk and consume milk derivatives, they are equally to be avoided for better health.
Don't fall for there trap in india the whole milk is produced is A2 milk already they are only labeling them and as they are pasteurised you can drink it by just heating it no need to boiling.
