Amount successfully transferred from SBI but the receiver didn't received
I even got sms from SBI of the successful transaction but the receiver (a state govt job registration site) is showing amount pending for 2 and a half days. I called SBI helpline on the 1st day but they told me to wait for 2 days. Today again the cc told me to wait again. I’m feeling uneasy about this.
Is it not possible to reverse the transaction from my side?
The amount is not a small amount, it’s 1500. I would like to cancel the earlier transaction and pay, instead of risking paying twice.

payment through net banking (by inputting username and password and OTP).
i’m not familiar with banking terms but by gateway due you mean how from sbi side (gateway?) it’s captured so the successful confirmation sms received but the receiver portal didn’t receive… Or received and lying? ☹️
i wish someone in helpline listen and do a reverse transaction (or whatever it is called) for peace of mind and can pay a second time.
I had transferred Rs 18,000 a couple of days ago to another account and it was debited instantly but took 2 days to get credited. Some technical issues with SBI these days. Just wait for another day. It should get credited or reversed within the next 24 hours.
Working 2 days or Saturday Sunday also counts?

update – finally they registered a complaint and got this sms – “Dear SBI Customer, Case – 99xxxxxx is created for the complaint registered by you and is expected to be resolved within 10 D Days.”
still no refund… It’s day 9 if I remove all Saturdays and Sundays.
Send an email to the nearest Local Head office and mention the complaint no. and the date of complaint registered in it.

If Paid Using Debit Card Refund will Atleast Take 7 Working Days (If Payment Captured at gateway and not transferred to merchant) Or If Failed At Bank Level it will also take 5-6 Working Days
