Amex MRCC getting devalued?

Membership rewards on Corporate card typically issued by Companies for employee expenses got devalued today. earlier it was 2 points per 100, now it is 1 point per 100 effective 15th September. Will they also devalue the MRCC issued in public domain accordingly? Any insider information?
