Any idea why Amex cards are no more available for payment via HDFC portal as well as SBI Unipay?

Sadly I can't find any good portal to pay it
Side note: Amex are forced cards in my opinion:) where we are urged to use it always:) with handsome rewards as bait, making us in spending spree without realizing so be careful with Amex:)
