How much is the fees I am getting charged? |
Amazon will be levying 1.18% convenience fee on all credit cards except Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card and 1% on all debit cards except Rupay Debit Card. This is inclusive of all applicable taxes. No charges applicable for all other payment instruments. |

It says zero fees with Amazon Pay Payment methods. I also don't see anything for Rupay as well.

We are paying what our amount is.
Now we need to pay more than bill amount.
It's money extortion
We will also start to avoid these Charging platforms and start to pay direct on the service company Site. So no need to worry.
But don't encourage these platforms by paying the convenience fees
1%+GST is way too much. A flat rate of 2-5 should have been good, like paytm and phonepe. This is the beginning of expensive bill payments through online mode altogether. Credit card companies have also started adding charges additionally on bill payments. The online payment future doesn't seem nice for end consumers.
