Amazon Sellers Used/Demo products Fraud and Replacement/Refund condition Loophole

Amazon selllers items even it is amazon managed delivery , recently they started delivering open box items and demo pieces taking advantage of amazon replacement policy. Even amazon customer care people don't care even it is open box peice and they only accept return if you provide damage item picture.

I received an electronic item in complete box opened condition after opening outer amazon box. Reached out to customer care showing videos and images but they denied replacement or refund saying we only replace if it is physically damaged else reach out to brand service customer care if it has issues.

Using this loop hole , sellers started sending used and demo pieces.

Amazon becoming worst and better buy high price items on offline stores and open seal yourself in the store.

Avoid buying high price electronic items on amazon and save yourself from fraud!!

Flipkart is way better with open box delivery. 

PS-> I bought item from amazon fulfilled 4.3 rated reputed seller who sells on flipkart too with similar rating.
