Hi, I was trying to check offer at the payment page for buying prime membership. In payment option amazon pay was selected by default, when I clicked continue money of 1499 got deducted. I have got an active plan till november but this purchase made it active till 2025 nov. I don't want to make this purchase at 1499. I called customer care and told that I want cashback for youth offer atleast without mentioning that I purchased it by mistake. They told youth offer is discontinued. I shared some t and c for the same. What should I do now? I am okay if it comes at 749 with youth offer or else cancel upcoming membership. Ps: I have already verified youth account which I am eligible with my age

Is it only valid on yearly 1499 plan or it is applicable on 799 plan also?

You can cancel prime membership and will get full refund if you haven't used there benefits.
It was till 2022 don't know now..
Please confirm with customer care.
It must be same now also.
