Amazon pay ICICI credit card application-help

Last week I have I have received a call from the ICICI Bank and asked few details and told that I am eligible for Amazonpay ICICI credit card..and applied for the card, after entering the basic details like name and PAN, application no generated.. didn’t ask for income details and document uploads.. but I got option to schedule appointment for physical KYC. But schedule KYC is not available in my pincode and no video KYC option showing. Contacted ICICI cc, each time getting different answers. Link solution yet. Any experience like this? What should I do now?
FYI- my CIBIL is 797, CIBIL hard enquiry has been made on that day itself by ICICI and I do hold 10 months old ICICI savings account ( full KYC not completed)

not sure buddy, For me it was instantly generated after entering my debit card details. no documents were collected from me.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing much you can do apart from mailing the Apay customer support and request Video KYC ( It doesn’t help having ICICI savings account )

If your pincode is unserviceable for physical KYC, then the only way to get the card was via C2C ( & now via Video KYC )

We checked your credit card application 8201xxxxx54380, the service for physical KYC is available only selected PIN codes and it seems that your PIN code is not eligible for the Physical KYC verification and hence we regret to inform that you will be unable to proceed further with the application.
You may reapply once the service is available at your location or after 6 months.

You specifically asked them to schedule video-kyc? If you did, then I guess there’s nothing else we can do right now ( You can ask them to at least remove the 6 month waiting period from your Amazon account.. dimers managed to get it done after multiple followups )
Yeah. I m planning to request them to delete my application. So that I can apply fresh. 6 months waiting is only applicable if our application is declined
Since video kyc not availble, I will give one idea, if u r brave person try this…!!
Fill all the address genuine details, and change pin code to nearest town where kyc service available.
Kyc agent will call you. Take bike , fast ride, visit him on road step.
After kyc done, contact customer care and change of Address to original pin code.
Done.
Yeah . Thatswat local ICICI credit card agent told.. but application no already generated.. The address( pincode) which is mentioned application and KYC schedule address(pincode should match right) should be same? Or physical KYC means just document collection or physical verification of address too?
