Amazon Orders Deliberately Getting Cancelled In Local Hub

Guys from 1st October all the orders I've placed in Amazon getting cancelled at local delivery hub. On the delivery day evening at 6-7 PM I'm getting out for delivery message and by 10 PM I'm getting message that customer refused the parcel. My last 4 orders got cancelled in this same way. Called the delivery guy who used to deliver my product earlier said that they don't have enough manpower to deliver all the parcel so the local hub cancelling most of the order. Complained to Amazon X page but their reply is as order is already cancelled we cant do anything. I'm a Amazon prime member from last 5 years. So what to do now. Can complaint to consumer forum?

forget , same with flipkart .. they are cancelling high value BBD orders ... after out for delivery status . 

Its puja season .. no one want to work .

You scared me earlier. I had few items (Dewalt 80%+ off) that i desperately need. No longer available and had sleepless nights for 3 days. Finally got it today..

They are getting salaries that's why cancelling. If it was per parcel payment they would have delivered all the parcel even at night also. 

For me delivery is happening but delivery guys are stealing and tempering the parcels. 

Today recieved batteries and in that pack of 2 battery was missing. As a prime member got refund. But it's happening regularly as parcels are deliberately opened and they are stealing. As usual amazon tells we have escalated the issue and nothing happens to those theives. 

These ecommerce have given enormous powers to delivery hubs that's why they are doing this and no accountability towards the customers. 

Sad that we try hard to find some good deal and eventually end up wasting time and energy.

OP - if that's the case and they are not having enough man power then visit hub and take your delivery.

I used to this few years back when I faced similar situation. In a month or two they hired new delivery person and later on this issue is fixed. 

Escalating to Amazon won't help much. So it's better you check hub manager.
