hello dimers..
I use to order mutiple items and deliver to multiple addresses in a single order.
But today I observed that Amazon has disabled the option select multiple addresses for the multiple items.
Is it same for you or I am the only special ?

Last i checked in Covid-19 lockdown era.. even if the card was charged once (for all the items), the system would split the items into different order numbers.. as per the address UID.
It is HIGHLY unlikely that Amazon was allowing 'multiple' (more than one) address IDs under a single order number
It did used to happen in 2013 and initial years though, as they hurriedly copied the backend from their dot com site. (Same order number but multiple address IDs.)

I too can select multiple addresses.
Try the desktop version. Add items to your cart - proceed to buy - Select payment method - continue - on the checkout page you will see the option "Sending items to more than one address?"- select - choose items in your cart to the respective address saved in your account or add new address - complete payment

Like other restrictions that Amazon has started to apply in the last few months, it slowly rolls out to every user and that's why some people might still be able to select multiple addresses while placing orders. A few weeks and things should be clearer.

They might be testing this and did not find useful majority users. Hence, rolling back.

Shouldn't have done this, it was a really useful feature, especially in sale times
