Amazon - Order Cancellations

Some of my orders in Amazon were wrongly cancelled by delivery personnel on the day of delivery - 'The package was rejected by the recipient'. Raised the complaint through phone but, no proper response/resolution. Would they block my account on the basis of these cancellation? Do I need to use all Amazon pay balance on an urgent basis?

Any experience/suggestion?

na mine many orders get canceled by delivery guy ,just report it to team ,it also depends on how old your account is and account history ,i straight up told them if they cant solve it i will move my business elsewhere and cancel my prime on twiiter too ,since then everything come before time and no dilivery guy cancel

maybe, the delivery agent called you and was not able to connect the call, so he marked it as rejected (happened with me).

if your order was on some discount you should immediately call the customer care, and they will re-place the order for the same price (not reschedule delivery)

Chances are less as my phone was working properly and there was no network issue

Same thing happened to me idiot marked yesterday that the customer didn't pick up the call and now today i got message that customer has rejected the order and package is returning to seller

They didn't even make such an excuse. Today was first attempt and they just marked - rejected by customer

Flipkart is a lot better in term of delivery

True. Better in term of delivery but, lots of problems with after sales support.

delivery depends on the place , if your  place is remote then there is more chance of delivery failure or cancellation or delivery guy marking it wrongly to not deliver to you (to save up his petrol cost lol)

for me for both amazon/flipkart, 99% of delivery are on time and didnt cancel , my address is not that remote:) so guess that why

No delivery issue with any merchant. Nvr faced such an issue. From last 3 days, hv been getting several packages from Flipkart.
