Issue is that I have phone screen changed from local shop, so can they detect through the rabbit exchange app that they install on mobile for exchange?

No comparison with fk(lot of tantrums ).

AZ is smoother (phone hona chahiye, jinda hona chahiye or touch itna chale ki imei match kar sake bas) .

My exchange with Amazon rejected due to IMEI mismatch.

I copied and pasted IMEI still they say it's a mismatch. How is that possible?

Even delivery boy said my phone(one year old) is in excellent condition. He liked it.

My comment will not be relevant now as its 3-4yrs old history 😄

First was in Oct 2020 sale time where I had a 2yrs old Realme 2Pro without any scratch or dents and perfect working condition, first tried with FK for some phone (don't remember exactly) and they have it via Cashify who are the worst as they internally try to reduce as much as they can and try to convince you saying you have the tiniest smallest minute scratch blah blah and I cancelled the order itself, thought the same will be with Amazon but to my surprise the delivery person gave the new phone and took the old one and didn't even bother to see if its working or broken and I asked him to check and he said this is not his job and Amazon too don't bother about it 😃

In 2021 sale, had to get another phone for my family member and again tried with FK first and it was Cashify again and still they were worse as he was saying they need some margin blah bhah and I said no and cancelled the order, he was there for 2-3 minutes calling his senior and said will give 500Rs more where I was still at 1000+ loss, next with Amazon and got Redmi Note 9 Pro max, this time the person checked the phone and didn't say or negotiate anything and said he will pass it to another team who will call in case of any issue but mostly exchange will go through he said as it matches the exchange criteria that I have mentioned during exchange, similarly didn't get any call and order was marked as complete by EOD

Now not sure if still Cashify folks do the exchange for FK and whether Amazon have changed their exchange policy..

Offtopic query: Does Amazon allow partial payment using Amazon Shopping Vouchers (Asv)? I know they stopped partial payment using Amazon Pay Gift cards but don't know about shopping vouchers.
