Amazon Logistics or Ekart partner
Amazon and Ekart gives third party contract to handle their logistics.
After getting these delivery contract, especially in tier 3 and 4 cities, these agencies sub contract
Now is it possible for middle class persons like me to directly get Logistics partner contract?
As per delivery 30 rupees paid, to main contractors what amount sub contractors get?
Who handles delivery persons?
Who takes vehicles on lease?

All these offline business things in India work only if you have the right chain of contacts to get you into the inner circle.
Your friend or family should already be in this line of logistics / business to give you a hand to pull you into the circle.

The best thing is to search in Google warehouse in my City and then go to their fk Amazon ware house and meet the manager there

You won’t be able to start this business by sitting at home clicking mouse buttons. You need to somehow find the addresses of the warehouse/hubs and meet the managers. It would be your responsibility to find and employ the delivery guys, thier vehicles if they don’t own. Essentially anything that’s required to deliver the packet is your responsibility. Ask some delivery guys how much they get paid. You will get an idea on how much profit you can make from the 30 per packet.
