Amazon locked my account. I am unable to unlock it.

I recently added Amazon Pay GV to my friend's account to pay the electricity bill, which was bought using a SBI cashback card. Amazon restricted up to 5 bills per account, so I used my Friends Amazon account.
My friend's account doesn't have any mail ID attached to it, and now it's locked temporarily and we're unable to sign in. I tried different ways, but nothing worked. I contacted customer support with the registered mobile number, but they are not responding properly. I have added 10,000 gift vouchers to that account.
So if anyone of you faced a similar situation earlier, please help me recover this account again.

You have to write reason why they should unlock your account just like we do for Twitter or Facebook
My colleague account was locked due to some international transaction after 1 week it gets restored

Update : after calling them multiple times... Maybe like on 10th call... They asked some security questions and took request to unlock and asked me to wait 48 hours... From then I keep on checking and tried resetting password several times... Finally today it worked.. I changed my password and then redemmed all my gv balance
And they cancelled all previous orders of mine and refunded to gv balance.. In my case it's bill payments.. Which are already successful 2 months back... I don't how how they refunded my money...
I added totally 14000gv..in which I used 4500 to pay electricity bill payment and account got locked out when I tried to pay second bill... But now even that 4500 bill payment was removed from order history and refund was added to wallet... I cross checked my bill again.. But it was ctedited to my electricity dep account
