And it was 2nd account.

I also faced the same in November simply you need to appeal this decision, you need to reply to this email [email protected] and they will further investigate.

Already posted and they told to contact customer service.
And customer service told to write email to [email protected].
And email reply was this even after telling that Amazon account has no email address and no orders.

They should give reason what went wrong and how to fix before blocking.. khud hi judge vakeel sab ban jate Hain.. kabhi koi aur reason bhi ho sakta hai.. and ye policy kaun padhta hai. aajtak jitna bhi aaya hai read tc skip hi hua hai.. padh bhi le to itna kaun yaad rakhe.. padh lenge ssamjh lenge to lawyer nahi ban jayenge.. they can't expect common man to be a lawyer kind skills to understand everything..
