Amazon Jio Fiber Bill Payment Failed using Rupay Offer

I was trying to pay bill of jio twice using Rupay discount. So I opened payment pages in website and app simulatneously for same card and jiofiber account on Friday with Rs100 discount showing on both for Rs500 and Rs499. I entered OTP one by one.
Both the payments got deducted but the second recharge failed immediately and first one also failed after 4 hours. I was hoping atleast first one should get successful.
- Now can I use the offer on next Friday or is it gone for this month for me?
- My Jiofiber Payment due date: 04-NOV-2024 as per email. If I pay it on 08 Nov 2024, will they disconnect on 05 Nov or will they charge extra?

After money gets reversed you can try again, You should pay late fee Rs 100. RuPay allows only one due payment. Your greed costed you 100. Which plan has 499 in JioFiber it was 399 + GST?
This is constantly failing for me as well from last month. Tried different times or on days but it got failed after sometime. Money does refunded after sometime.
Not sure if this is with amazon only
