Amazon Issues - double check your transaction after order and fake information updated by customer support

1)Above was my transaction done on 25th Oct 2016 . I reverified my order again and found I was charged shipping charges of 40Rs when my order total cost was more than 500rs ,so in such case shipping should be free but I was still charged .I contacted Amazon customer support team and informed the issue, first he told that it was technical issue and he will initiate gift card of 40Rs which I agreed but I had doubts on orders that I did previously .So started checking other orders and found similar issues for at least 3 or 4 more orders done recently .I again told customer support in chat which was still active and provided all my order and told to confirm the issue .So Amazon customer support provided me total gift card of 200rs .
I am happy that Amazon accepted their issues and provided me refund in terms of gift card but what if I have not verified my transaction after payment .
Just sharing this information so that people start verifying there transaction before doing payment .As such issue might have occurred with so many people for sure

2)Second issue is related to fake information provided and Updated on Amazon.Me and my relatives faced this issue 2 week ago .So I am pretty sure there will be many people who might have face this issue till now
I order few clothes from Amazon and I was provided tracking details that I will receive it on particular day .However I didn’t receive that order on that day and information updated on Amazon was tried to deliver but customer was not available .I was surprised that I didnt receive any calls which I get from courier person before delivery most of time and my parents were at home and still why such information was updated .I contacted customer support through chat and informed that courier people are cheating and providing fake information that customer was not available.I was informed that they will escalate this issue and I will receive order tomorrow for sure .I told ok and next day again issue was repeated and same information was updated that customer was not available .I contacted support again and ask why issue is getting repeated when I was told yesterday that issue will be escalated and I will receive my order for sure .Again I was given bogus information don’t worry that you will get your order tomorrow for sure

After contacting customer support within few hrs I was shocked to see information updated on Amazon was customer requested to postpone delivery next day .It was big joke and all trust that I had on Amazon for so many years all went in seconds .This is how they are cheating customers .I again contacted Amazon and asked why such fake information was updated when I had informed you courier person never came and I was informed again don’t worry previous support guy had updated this information and you will get your order tomorrow for sure before 9 pm.

Above information repeated with me for almost 6 days were daily it was updated that customer was not available so cannot deliver and as I use to contact again where is my order telling them that courier person never came then later it was updated customer requested next day delivery .I think twice I had to use harsh words on 5th and 6th day to customer support as they were treating customers as fools .Openely they are cheating and avoiding telling dont worry u will get in 24 hrs by updating fake info

Biggest fake and fraud information updated by Amazon .Cannot believe what they get providing such fake information or updating such fake information
Not sure whether they are fooling only customers by updating such information or Fooling Amazon higher authorities that everything is right and there is no issues in terms of shipping .

People who faced similar issues please update

in my status its showing DELIVERED, but i have not received anything, amazon CC r saying that it may be technical error, wait for tomorrow. I hope i will get my packet.

Don’t worry. It’s Amazon. It’ll be delivered by tomorrow otherwise Amazon will issue refund so don’t worry. These days Amazon Delivery Boys are under a lot of pressure. They make deliveries till 12’o clock.

Agree but updating fake information is not the solution to problem,also if we take technical issue into account,after customer notifying real scenario that he didn’t receive the order yet,they can update the same information in his account which they r not doing .Being a technical person ,atleast I cannot accept information cannot be updated in backend
