I Placed few orders during sale
Out of 6 only 2 delivered till now and from 28th September still not delivered and Getting Msg Out for Delivery Everyday
I have called CC many times I have to explain everything from start to end and later say same thing wait you get product
Why I am saying Amazon India Doomed Now Very Risky Order
Amazon India doesn't provide any Ticket ID they order no is there ID but when you call next time they say nothing mentioned in Order id tell again I will mention but same thing repeats again anc again
It became very Difficult to Contact Amazon Especially to Request Already Mentioned Few Days Back
Few Months when. you raised query on Social media we used get call from Social media escalation team but now it seems it gone now they provide link to contact support
They don't connect with Senior and when connect it feels fake
I decided not to place big orders or urgently needed products I cannot take risk with Amazon pathetic service and keep on increasing my BP
It is your choice but be very careful placing order with Amazon India

at what price u got that calculator?
I avoid ordering my amazon ..as in my area many ppl facing their delivery issues...like falsely marked as delivered, or giving false reason that we are not at gome
Had to waste time on follow ups n all...so unless its very good deal bo point in taking risk with az
Damn amazon is slowly becoming more like flipkart, i cant bare seeing it like this grrrr
Flipkart is better except grocery they ask OTP for every delivery
We are safe from fake delivery issues
Delevery late because heavy order in your area and less delevery boys in your area i will suggest to go there office and collect order manually
Are the products FBA or Seller Fulfilled?
Also try to connect with Delivery Guy locally when the products are out of delivery or try reaching your nearest hub and resolve it via incharge of that hub.
This is festive time and daily trucks and trucks of orders are received in hub. So people like us are very careful and track the product when our of delivery and wait eagerly. While some products are COD, some gets damaged while some people are not aware of bothered when their products are out of delivery. These reasons impact the smooth delivery experience for people like us.
Try their Twitter support. Dont DM, first make a public post and tag jeff Bezos. I also faced similar issues for a product for months and finally tried their Twitter support, got refund instantly from their senior representative.
