Amazon HDFC Smartbuy Not Working
HDFC Smartbuy Portal not working for Amazon. Everytime at checkout page it’s showing as AMAZON, not AMAZSMARTBUY. Tried two different desktop browsers in incognito mode (same used to work earlier). Tried refreshing browser & restarting laptop.
Also advise how to access Smartbuy from HDFC Bank / PayzApp mobile apps. Previously both Amazon & Flipkart icons show on PayzApp, now only Flipkart shows.

I had the same issue couple of days back. It worked after 4 to 5 attempts (exit payment page if AMAZSMARTBUY is not shown, cancel order and retry)
mine yet not working…maybe few more days
How to check if smartbuy tracking is working fine before completing payment?
when it asks for OTP, click on ‘complete transaction on bank website’
There you will see the merchant name. if it is amazon, means not tracked, if it is smartbuy amazon, means tracked
