For damaged / defective of non returnable items, you can raise a complaint for a full refund from my orders - order - return - share images - CALL-ME option, within few seconds/minutes you will receive a call from CC & refund will be processed within 2-4 hours.

Just connect to CC in chat and they will ask you to upload photos and you will receive refund or replacement.
