Amazon Fridays RuPay Platinum Debit Card Offer - Transaction Limit on DC Payments per Bill Category?

I paid 2 electricity bills today using RuPay Platinum debit card and when I tried another one, it's restricting me from using debit card as payment method saying transaction limit reached for this category and only UPI is available as payment method.
I've a prepaid meter at home, so, default and the least payment amount is Rs. 500, so, I pay electricity bill multiple times to benefit the most out of it. Looks like I won't be able to use it for electricity bill payments from the same Amazon account. Is anyone else facing this or it's just me?

This is Amazon I used to purchase gift card using CC on Amazon and Amazon now disabled CC option on purchase of gift card specifically for me.
can we use the same dc on different amazon accounts to get 20% discount ?
Just paid 3 times and no issue.
Amazon allowed max 5 times through credit/debit cards per month and then only UPI options available.
Note - This is monthly restriction, you can again pay next month. Create multiple Amazon accounts and use.
Then use less... so offers come
any trick to get multiply cards like virtual card i mean will it work?
