Amazon exchange Suggestion needed ?

Just a day back exchanged a phone. They just ask to wipe all data, remove any skin & tempered glass. You can do these things in front of him.

Also they ask to download rabbit exchange app from play store to examine the device. They come with a unique code and enter into your device to start the exchange process. Then the app run the test to determine that all functions of device are working. Except screen bubble swipe test, camera, charger connection. All other test will be done automatically by the app.

So I don't think it will have any issue regarding stress on the device. Though i advice wiping the device beforehand and then download the rabbit exchange. So there will be very less apps running and it will pass smoothly.

Nope, nothing. I exchanged a mobile phone last year and the delivery guy just dropped it in his bag, didn't even looked at it. Though this was a long time ago and things might've changed now. I also exchanged a laptop 3 days ago and the delivery guy just inspected the device for any dent, cracks etc and once the laptop booted up without the adapter and the screen looked okay, he was done with it.

I don't think that anyone does any heavy task or stress test kind of a thing anyways. In my experience, Cashify and Flipkart are the ones who literally take their sweet time and do a very thorough physical inspection, but even they don't care how the phone performs once it boots up.

Amazon is little liberal in exchange compared to flipkart ..exchanged 4 years old Samsung M21 for 2650 with ordered Realme Narzo turbo 70 ..
