one of my phone order was canceled by dilivery agent + cant order it again during sale due to only 1 piece per sale bs, order wifi router it was doa ,order washing power packed was broken ,my helmet was 3 days late ,they was delivery it for 3 day i called and mesaged the 20 time ,total shitshow

I bought a Dining table for 10k during prime day sale, but the seller cancelled my order stating price mistake happened, CC has done nothing, they are making customers fools out of these sales.

Internet users think there is no world outside of the internet.
Deals site, shopping forum users think that there are no shoppers outside of such forums, sites.
Do you get the concept of 'success'?
If you are a paid snipper/ long range rifle shooter who gets paid per kill (of Homo sapiens or other species)... then you will count a kill as a success.
Amazon Seller Service Private Limited gets paid commissions for listings/ managing the listing, they get paid commissions on sales booked (even if later returned by the customer, after first taking the delivery.)
Amazon Transportation Services Private Limited gets paid even if they pick the package from the warehouse.. then pee on it and then flush the package in the toilet.
I do not know how ATSPL avoids insurance claims or that Amazon Seller Services or other companies never charge them for loss.
So even if there are not too many buyers, then too.. by offering customer support on behalf of seller and listing and fulfillment agreements too.. Amazon earns.
But obviously buyers too are there or at-least the gross merchandise value (GMV) of the orders is going up every time.
In the past years too, i myself have reported via escalation that price in lightening deal is more than the normal price by a different sellers.
same way.. in these sales too.. prices are more than just before and after.
But that does not mean that people do not order or that Amazon does not earn.
Obviously everyone from politicians/ monarchy to scientists to doctors to businesses bluff about their success rate or popularity. Amazon too might be doing so.
But after North America and China (where Amazon got reduced to rubble).. India is their biggest hope. So it us not like they are going to let go.

Yadi kisi order mein multiple items hein,
tou order confirmation e-mail checkiye ki sabki 'arriving by' dinaank (date) ek hee hai yaa alag alag hai.
Yadi multiple shipments hein
tou har ek ki 'category' confirmation e-mail maangiye.
EDD aur GDD mein fark hota hai.
Newbie agents ko samjhta nahin hai.
Agar specific date likhi ho e-mail mein (arriving by Saturday, July 27, 2024) matlub 'guaranteed delivery date' hui.
Agar range di ho (between July 24 to August 01) tou veh 'estimated delivery date' hui.
Maan lo aapke sou (100) hein.. with one shipment each
Sou phone call karo (02230430101 / 180012001571/ 180012009027) aur har ek ki GDD.. orders par annotate karne bolo (can ask them to read it out loud to you, as to what got annotated).
Email bhi karne ko bolo, alag se. The GDD of order 1234 (shipment abcd) is ____.
Agar aapka prime subscription hsi aur shipment 'Amazon fulfilled' tha.. tou prarthna kariye kiya GDD (guaranteed delivery date) miss ho jaaye.
(Ya phir Domino's ki advertise ke Paresh Rawal type kuch kar lena.)
Prime direct Amazon se liya ho agar.. aur koi GDD lapse ho jaaye.. tou guarantee ke anusaar.. (as per their written Standard Operating Procedures).. Prime sadasyata.. 30 days se badhani padti hai.
Maan lo aapke 6 orders ki GDD lapse ho gayi (but they finally got delivered, means you paid and they got money).. then har chaar paanch din mein.. ek ek order ke liye 'guarantee' claim kar lena😁.
They manipulate.. like sorry take 50₹ 100₹.. but when Prime used to full product (2017-2018, 2019) we insisted that no.. extend prime by a month.
Now prime too has a chindi version, so one can decide. If they offer money instead of extension.
(Agents or even managers get no option to edit, extend, cancel the prime activated via airtel, bsnl, jio, banks etcetera.)

I had kept some items (less than 1k) in cart for almost a month and the prices went up by 50..100 a week before the sale and on the sale day the prices were same as before. Certain items were at good / loot price but they had already adjusted price for some items and there was no difference

Prices on Flipkart were better and more reasonable.
Definitely a success. Past years they deep discounted everything on sales, this year people thought they are getting best discounts, which they were not getting.
Was a loot for Amazon. Fully agreed.
