Amazon cheated with Axis bank cashback offer

I had order Kenstar 1 Ton Split AC 403-8849064-8457922) Rs 22K on 1st April, As per Amazon page following offers are valid on that day.
In order as per website
1) Axis bank 10 % cashback on card spend maximum of Rs 2000,
2) Rs 1000 Amazon Gift card
3) 2nd year extended warranty for Rs 99
4) Free standard installation
As per offer cashback need to be credited by 5th July,However it is really disappointing that Amazon doesnot value its word, I got Rs 1000 Amazon Gift card last month and mail that you are eleigible for 10% cashback(Attached).
After contacting customer care about cashback first they delayed my case and even not registered and give any complaint no. After waiting for practically 12 days they now saying cashback cannot be credited as you have taken Rs 1000 Amazon gift card i.e. only one offer you can avail.
This is the most unethical or i can boldly say cheating behaviour that i can never expect from Amazon, As you can see the cached page all three offers are mentioned, if only one offer is applicable why i was offered extended warrantly.
You can simply write " or " between offers, this is clear case of misrepresentation and fooling customer to buy kensatar AC and denying discount and cashback using hidden terms and conditions.
Pl let me know whether same think happened with other customer or not, If anyone got both cashback and Rs 1000 cashcard pl mail me ur order ID.

I am tooking up case with Axis bank, if they will not give me cashback we have to file case in consumer forum.
Guys its a clear case of cheating and misinformation to customer, Amazon cannot wash their hand just by saying offer is from Axis Bank.
We have to take steps in unity.
Finally got cashback, after contacting Axis bank.. worst customer care of Amazon..I will never buy anything from them.
True.. I completely agree with u with this unethical behavior.
