Aman grocery fraud on Paytm ondc?

So recently many of us got scammed by Aman grocery on Paytm where order was marked delivered under 5mins and money was deducted. Has anyone been able to get any help about it? My paytm help is frozen at technical issue msg whenever i am trying to raise complaint for that order. Please help about the same. Much appreciated.
