Alternative to MS Office....

Hi Guys,

Bought a Lenovo from Fraudkart with Windows 11 and it was supposed to have Office 365 for 6 months. On the product page, it showed the banner and in product details, it stated NO against Office.

Looking for an alternative for MS Office.

If you don't want to sail high seas, then your best bet is to use LibreOffice (link) . It is completely open source and free office suite.

LibreOffice suite has:

Writer (Word Alternative)
Calc (Excel Alternative)
Impress (Powerpoint Alternative)
Draw (Visio Alternative)
Base (Access Alternative)
Math (Formula Editor)

LibreOffice . Over the years it has improved and is offering similar ui as of MS. One of my cousin (non-techy) too uses this and he still thinks its MS office. This is the level of compatibility and experience it offers.

Since you so proudly proclaimed allegiance to Fraudkart
then i suppose you would not be averse to purchasing even the office keys or login for 300-400₹.

I am a defective piece it seems, who asks 4000 questions even before purchasing 300 gram Bhindi.
(Which will be converted to manure in less than 30 hours).

Here people do not even properly cross-check EVERYthing, even after spending a lakh or half-lakh rupees on stuff that would last years and years.

Ahh wait.. it is Lenovo! Ignore the last five words in the previous paragraph.

Libre is fairly good. Those who are used to Lotus Notes, would find their office suite too worthwhile.
Google, Apple, Microsoft have SaaS offerings of similar applications (some of which are accessible via the browser too).
