all orders getting auto returned or cancelled by delivery partners (clownmart aka jiomart )

order 4-5 times after few hours in same day ,they all got auto returned or cancelled ,anyone facing similar issue ??

Ordered yesterday night, delivery today morning
The next thing they will do is to block your account due to 'return by you'. Jiomart is a total failure.
Partners are lazy to deliver
They sent out for delivery 9.20pm
And sent customer rejected order at 9.21pm

this is the reason i am not very bullish on jiofin considering how shit jiomart is i don't expect them to be able to compete with groww zerodha Navi gpay etc even axis, flipkart and cred are more trustworthy than jio
Ordered yesterday they deliver same day
It's a joke that Jiomart technically has a 90-minute delivery for most of their items, I've ordered like 10+ times & I've received just once or twice in the same day let alone 90mins.
And on top, they don't even have an ice box for cold items I ordered milk once and it got spoilt which in this cold weather is an achievement itself,god knows how long they were wandering around before delivery.
Just not placed an order worth 300 and they cancelled items worth 260 citing non availability while the items are still in stock, their inventory system is messed up. Now when the delivery executive (if he comes) will arrive he will give a weird look that why you ordered only one item.
JioMart and Reliance has no seperate stock reserves. They are same.
If you order some items say coco cola today and the expected delivery is tomorrow, however in the mean time a random customer in the store clears coco cola stock. And your order gets cancelled because of non availability of items.
Also even after packing , delivery executives marking the orders as cancelled because probably they dont want to travel far for the delivery.
More than Half of my jiomart orders are either returned or fake delivered (Never recieved but marked as delivered ) .Thankfully due to trust issues with reliance , all orders were COD
Yes Happened with me too. Few days back, Item Cancelled even though they were available in stock . They didnt even state the reason for cancellation. If any one has higher authority email id of jiomart then pls share. I am planning to put email and ask for compensation.
Jiomart is giving same day delivery within one hour
Same With Me. I have wrote mail.but no proper response. So I decided to go consumer forum for this.
The same is happening with me now. 3 consequetive orders got cancelled by the delivery partner After I received the delivery OTP. Did anyone get it sorted. This has started feeling personal

Service wise, BB is the OG, the best of all, amazon comes 2nd, flipkart comes 3rd (but cheapest among all). Jiomart is the worst, I used to order from there but so many restrictions like offer will not be applied on oil, rice etc. Then everything is OOS during delivery, they also started stealing cashback, their promocodes never get applied. Once they provided 1 kg of onion in the place of 2 kg, I took the onion with the deliveryman to the nearest shop and weigh that to prove myself. Then they will show that the customer has rejected products. Enough is enough. From that time, I shifted to Flipkart and found mental peace. Never going back to Jiomart even if they offer products as free. Stress free life and peace of mind is above everything.
