I am able to open aliexpress website without vpn on airtel. Is it working again?

The app was banned, not the website I guess.

Anyways, they aren't delivering to India.

The website is genuine. It has my old order details, address, etc. I think its work in progress. If the website is up, probably they are working to enable delivery as well. Anyways, limited few things can be ordered via ebay. It takes time, but I ordered twice this year and both items got delivered (small items under 1k, available on amazon at 3-4x price and they also order from china).
