Ajio or amazon wannabe

I bought crocs on ajio on 27th of jan. It reached my place on 2nd of jan. Delivery was attempted on 3rd but it was not delivered I dont know why. When I called ajio they told me premises was closed. I live in a boys Hostel so it cant be. The courier guy did not called me. Now when ever I call ajio they tell me to keep patience. Today is 12th of feb, they still trying to solve my problem.
