Airtel xtreme box STB to projector issue with white flashing lines

I am projecting Airtel DTH box content ( HD channels) on wall using peojector. The stb is near TV and projector is 18 feet away from STB. I connected via 18 feet hdmi cable.
The issue here is i see white lines flashing and go, just like in old films we used to see.
I changed many hdmi cables, yet the same issue.
Anyone know how to solve this? Is it due to length of hdmi or AC interference or anything?
Could any dimer help?
I tried with short cable moving the projector near same white lines flashing

Stb is connected to tv no issue.
Firetv stick connected to projector or mitvbox with hdmi cable no issue as well

Sorry did not quite get it.
1. Hdmi Cable connected frombSTB to tv no issue.
2. Same HDMI cable connected to projector and STB eventhough i place it very next to STB issue is there.
Different HDMI cable just short one of 1.5ft same issue.
Seems there is no issue with the cable or the connecting ports. Try changing the display settings in the STB and check.
AIRTEL HAS DISPLAY SETTINGS THAT WE CAN CHANGE?
HDMI or any port has power drop issue over long range. But it should not be issue for 18 feet. Try using optical HDMI Cable, though these are costly.

Test the projector by using the same HDMI cable connected to the TV (by keeping the projector near the STB). I am using an ordinary 15m HDMI cable without any issues.
