Airtel thanks - Unable to pay for electricity recharge

In airtel app, it always shows ₹100 due and I'm unable to set a custom amount. We have prepaid meter fyi, but we need to recharge atleast 3000 in a month. How can I pay custom amount in that app because paying ₹100 multiple times is not practical and other apps don't have this issue but no cashback offer like airtel.
Any solution.?

Custom amount not possible even if you do transaction fails. Airtel stopped custom amount since many are misusing it.
