Airtel thanks credit card bill not settled

The transaction was successful on my hdfc debit card. But they never paid my credit card.
There is no transaction in the app's transaction history. I tried to report it in the app but the stupid bot is just repeating the same menu.
I mailed hdfc but there is no response from them.
Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do?

Let's hope the money comes back. I already paid with another app.
Airtel thanks app has some good failure rate at times (for me transaction failed in airtel in past too, but not like yours with no status, for me it said failed instantly)
so incase if its not credited for 3 days, just do payment using some other method to credit card, dont wait if your due date is near, credit score is important without bad remarks
always you can get refund incase the "first Airtel payment settles or fails":)
I never would have gone with this app. Airtel has always messed up all these years. But someone here said that I should stay away from unipay if I cared about my money.
Ironic how things turned out. Makes me nauseous even thinking about it.

I had also sent an email to hdfc support to stop payment.
Yesterday I received an email from an HDFC staffer that the amount has been refunded and he asked for a rating via a call.
Thankfully the amount was refunded. I don't know whether the money bounced back automatically or hdfc intervened.

Wait for 7 days if it fails it comes back. Maybe pay with other site after 7 days.
