Airtel recharge through main balance

I am not able to recharge my number with Rs 49 or 45 pack ,even though I have Rs 95 in my main balance .I have tried it in Airtel app.I am only able to do a recharge of Rs 18 or 19 through the main balance .
Can you guide me how to do a recharge of Rs 45 or 49 with the main balance .Circle is Airtel Rajasthan

So ,what’s the use of main balance? Chortel is simply fooling it’s customers.
Besides I am able to do a recharge of Rs 18 or 19 with the main balance but not of Rs 49 or 45
For me they deducted automatically if balance available is greater than 45.

What is this airtel zamela? can anybody explain to me in a simple manner although I am not using my airtel sim for the past 4 months, I have put it in the Samsung Guru and do Incoming Calls and Incoming SMS once a month so that My SIM is alive and active? My SIM is Active Right Now.

My airtel sim is not linked with any bank a/c so, I am not worried about any O/G SMS or Calls, Primarily I use it for Data Purpose because airtel is the fastest, currently on Vi because of the Offers like Binge Night (Unltd Data12-6am) and 4GB/Day although I use only 1-1.5GB/Day in Day-Time.
I do recharge of 19Rs which has 2 Days I/C+O/G Validity and 7 Days I/C Validity, that’s a very Good Benefit for me (In 19Rs,I can use 9 Days likewise in 49Rs,I can use 37 Days).
Airtel is such a shit operator that deliberately not allow users to activate packs from the main balance. They want you to spend main balance by calling, msgs. TRAI does not take any action any of operators. Jio also force customers to recharge combo pack for calling, messaging no matter how much balance is in your main balance.
Chortel has launched a new Rs128 SMS Plan in which Local SMS @ Rs.1 & STD SMS @ Rs1.5 with "ZERO TALKTIME " & 28 ays validity . Aren’t they ashamed to launch such plans
airtel main balance recharge – have they stopped it 
I have tried (1)*567*79# , (2)*141*mobile no of friend*MRP#,(3)*129# .All of these were shared on twitter by Airtel customer care with me on 6 SEP 21 but none of these are working to recharge with Rs 79 plan .My main account balance is 84.65 & CIRCLE- RAJASTHAN
