Airtel provides Airtel Black receipt after payment via email and a link to download receipt via SMS automatically.
Sometimes this receipt doesn't arrive either via email or SMS. In this case customer care says they don't have any provision to provide the Airtel Black receipt. They can provide the broadband receipt but not the Airtel Black receipt.
Does anyone know a workaround?

airtel app has the option to download reciept under "transactions" sections , you will find it in your airtel black homepage

That too doesn't have Black receipt. It has broadband and DTH receipts separately.
Moreove, they are not proper receipts with receipt number, etc.

Download Airtel app. I had Airtel black earlier and I remember receiving receipts.
