Airtel axis wrong cashback query

I got my airtel axis card statement on 12th and the cashback feels a little lower than what it should have been, around 50rs difference. Should i raise some complain or anything or would they automatically adjust it in the statement of following 1-2 months?
Also if we transact on bigbasket via tata neu app, we still get 10% cashback right? Because i have got it in previous months.
Ps:i know there are more post about this topic but just wanted better one on one suggestions from people, don't want it to be repost

after your thread, i verified mine, seems alright to me. Had a call with CC as well. can you tell me where exactly is your issues 25%,10% or 1% category?
I have full 25% so got 250, utility 10% i have 109 out of 250 for my spend and remaining above 100 i have got 1% CB with floor applied for applied for each transaction.

I have maxed out the 250 limit on airtel recharges and utility bills so that adds upto 500, apart from that i should have got 104 cashback for bbnow and Swiggy zomato transactions but got only 46rs, attached ss link in above comments pls check and tell me if u can figure something out

Firstly u have a working Airtel axis rupay from 3 months??? Because i remember they issued the rupay variants to few people and then later cancelled it as it wasn't live yet. Also no cashback crediting from last 3 months seriously? That's something new and sounds like a big issue
