Airtel axis credit card cashback not credited

How do you know what is added and what is not added. Airtel Card never give itemwise breakup.

Offtopic - after Razorpay started inject their "RAZ*" code, swiggy cashback is now 1% instead of 10%

For Axis Airtel - Cash back limit of 300 Rs cash back as 25% on Airtel bill payment is monthly or as per credit card statement cycle?

Statement cycle 

My guess is merchant name differance... sometimes on payment page it shows merchant name like lets say "Airtel Mumbai" then when we check this transaction in app, the name changed to something else sometimes to numbers Example - 10075249

worst part is we can't tell for which transaction we got the cashback and how much we get... 

even the merchant categories showing in statement are not correct.. 

can anybody suggest some tips regarding AIRTEL AXIS CARD

Is anyone else experiencing issues fetching BSES Rajdhani Power Delhi electricity bills using Airtel Thanks app? App version is 4.46.2. It keeps showing the error, "Something went wrong, please try again later." I have tried to fetch it multiple times but the error keeps popping up. I want to pay the bills using Axis Airtel credit card and don't want to open a new topic just to ask about this error msg.

Now they are asking for Screenshot from Airtel thanks app but there is no vill payment history in thanks app

Do we get 10% cashback for electricity payments via airtel website? My biller is shown in the website but not airtel thanks app.

How is the cashback tracking working rn and are there any points to keep in mind while transacting like merchant name, etc? TIA
